  • We offer a 90-day risk-free trial. If you're not satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund or an exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must:
    • Be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
    • Be returned within 90 days of receipt.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@fitslimshapewear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

Refund Processing:

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 90 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Refundable Items:
